We currently treat dogs and cats. We do not treat livestock, horses, birds, or reptiles at this stage.

We aim to respond to all booking requests within 24 hours. Appointment availability depends on current demand, but we do our best to accommodate urgent cases promptly.

If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening emergency (difficulty breathing, collapse, severe bleeding, poisoning), please contact an emergency veterinary clinic immediately. Our service operates Monday to Saturday 8am–5pm.

Yes! Vaccinations are one of our most popular services. We can administer all standard dog and cat vaccinations during a home visit.

Just have your pet accessible in a quiet area of your home. If you have any previous vet records, it's helpful to have those ready. Our vet will bring all necessary equipment.

A phone consultation is excellent for general advice, quick questions, and triage. For a thorough examination, diagnosis, or treatment, a home visit will always be more comprehensive.

Yes. Our veterinarian is fully registered and compliant with all Queensland regulatory requirements.
